We earn commission from partner brokers when you trade through our links. This is how premium access stays free for active traders.

By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using this website or member portal (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old.

Tradrook provides educational content: market levels, an Opening move session-range check, courses, an invite-only indicator (Darkline), a trading journal, and community access.

We are not a broker, fund manager, portfolio manager, signal service, or investment adviser. We are not SEBI-registered. Nothing on the Services is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. All trading decisions are yours alone.

Trading forex, gold, indices, and CFDs carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past levels or results do not guarantee future outcomes. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose. You are responsible for ensuring that trading such instruments is legal in your jurisdiction.

• Signing up is free. We never charge members for premium access.
• Premium access is granted, at our discretion, to users whose trading account is registered under our partner (introducing-broker/affiliate) link with a supported broker (currently XM or Vantage) and has placed at least one trade within the preceding 30 days.
• Premium access pauses automatically if the activity condition is not met, after a reminder. To restore it, a lapsed member must place a trade and re-verify — access does not return on its own. Journal data is never deleted because of an access pause.
• Verification is performed against partner-program records; we may request your trading account ID and reasonable supporting information. Providing false information may result in termination.
• Broker relationships, eligibility rules, and premium features may change; we will communicate material changes.

We earn commissions from partner brokers when you trade through our links. This funds free premium access. Your trading costs with the broker are set by the broker; opening an account through our link is your choice.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or republish member-only content, levels, indicator access, or course materials
• Share your login or indicator invite with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the Services
• Present our educational content as signals or advice to third parties
• Abuse, harass, or spam the community, or attempt to disrupt the Services

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Member-only content may be watermarked with your viewer ID to deter redistribution.

All content on the Services — including levels, courses, the Darkline indicator, and branding — is our property or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own education. Your journal entries remain yours; you grant us a license to store and process them to provide the Services.

TradingView, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, MT4/MT5, and partner brokers are independent third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for their services, availability, or your dealings with them, including your broker relationship, deposits, withdrawals, or trade execution.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Levels may be wrong; markets may behave unexpectedly; the Services may be interrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradrook and its owner shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to INR 1,000 or the minimum permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading decisions, or your misuse of the Services.

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. The Risk warning, Intellectual property, Disclaimers and limitation of liability, and Indemnity sections survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms; continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email.
