Tradrook is a trading education community operated by Gajapathy, based in Tamil Nadu, India. We provide educational content, market levels, a trading journal, and community access through this website, our member portal, and our channels on YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram.

Waitlist & account information. Name and email address when you join the waitlist or create an account; password (stored in hashed form) when the member portal launches.

Broker verification data. To grant premium access, we collect the trading account ID you submit and verify it against records provided to us by our partner brokers (XM and Vantage) under our introducing-broker/affiliate agreements. These records may include your account's registration status under our partner link and whether the account has traded recently. We do not receive your broker password, balance details beyond what the partner program reports, or control over your trading account.

TradingView username. If you request access to our invite-only indicator, we collect your TradingView username solely to grant that access.

Journal data. Trades, backtests, tags, notes, and files you voluntarily log in the member journal. This data belongs to you; we store it to provide the journal and analytics features and you can export or delete it.

Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies used for login sessions, analytics, and improving the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

• Partner brokers (XM, Vantage) — limited to what is necessary to verify that a trading account is registered under our partner link and is active
• Service providers — hosting, database, email, and analytics vendors who process data on our instructions
• Legal authorities — where required by applicable law

We earn commissions from partner brokers when you trade through our links. Premium access is granted based on this affiliate relationship. This is disclosed on the website footer and here.

Waitlist data is kept until launch outreach is complete or you ask us to delete it. Account and journal data is kept while your account exists. If premium access lapses due to inactivity, your data is retained so access can resume automatically. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via our contact email (published before launch).

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing. Write to us via our contact email (published before launch); we respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately via our contact email (published before launch) if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Our services are operated from India. By using them you consent to processing of your data in India and in the countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be notified on the site or by email.
